Adam Catledge is a retired United States Marine turned seasoned real estate investor, entrepreneur, and mentor. With over 20 years of active duty service, Adam brings discipline, strategic thinking, and mission-driven leadership to the world of real estate investing.
 

Since 2022, Adam has been a full-time buy-and-hold investor, acquiring and operating over 20 rental properties valued at more than $15 million. He has raised over $2 million from private money lenders and partners, leveraging creative finance strategies to scale his portfolio. His expertise spans co-living spaces, short-term rentals, and specialized long-term rentals, with a focus on operational excellence and long-term value creation.

As the founder of The Patriot Capital Group, Adam now focuses on helping investors build generational wealth through education, strategic partnerships, and sustainable real estate investing.

From 2022 through the end of 2024, Adam co-founded Coast2Coast Vets, where he played a key role in purchasing and operating real estate assets, raising capital, and even acquiring a small business. As of January 2025, he fully transitioned from Coast2Coast Vets following the acquisition of his equity by the company’s co-founder, allowing him to pursue The Patriot Capital Group independently.
